Each custom kit comes with enough supplies for seven people to participate. If you have more than seven people, we sell kit add-ons in groups of seven at a discounted rate.

We take the quality of your kit and experience very seriously. From first inquiry to delivery, the average time is 6-8 weeks.

This all includes the process of submitting a request for a party order, the client receiving the fragrance shipping kit then sending their preferences back to Badi Bath Labs, Linda designing the fragrances, sending updates to client about fragrances, kit theme, colors, and other customizable aspects, to go time for your party.

A link will be sent to the email address you provide; you’ll answer a few questions about the person that we’ll be crafting the fragrance for, and we’ll get to work creating some fragrances we think you’ll love. The timeline for this process can take a few weeks; it’s not something we want to rush. We want to do everything we can to put thought into crafting the fragrance samples. We’ll keep you posted along the way about our progress, our thoughts, and you can provide input if you’d like.

Once the samples are crafted, we’ll send a fragrance kit to you with seven vials of oil with a low concentration of the sample fragrance so that it can be used on face or body.  The fragrances are suspended in sunflower oil.  

Payment is due at the time of order. If you are dissatisfied with the fragrance samples, depending on the timeline, we may be able to send another sample kit; or, you have the option of cancelling your order with a refund, excluding the non-refundable portion*, or selecting from our available fragrances.

*$50 is a non-refundable fee that covers shipping and materials for the fragrance samples.

We’ll keep your recipe saved in your account so that you can place future orders.  We might even offer it as an option for our products.  If it becomes a hit, we’ll donate a proceed of sales to Isiah House, a small non-profit agency that
